Wet Slip Vinings Landing

  • Annual Lease - $8.66/ft/month
  • Semi Annual - $10.00/ft/month
  • MTM - $12.50/ft/month
  • All wet rates based on a 26' minimum. Each dock has a set minimum, call for more details.

    Water is included in all prices above. Electricity is metered monthly and wireless internet is available at $31.95/month through NanoDocks WIFI.

Dry Storage Vinings Landing

  • Annual Lease - $9.50/ft/month
  • Semi Annual - $10.35/ft/month
  • MTM - $13.50/ft/month
  • Jet Ski $120/month for April - Sept & $75/month for October - March (no lifts)
  • Trailer storage $25/month one axle, $35/month two axle, $45/month three axle.

    Vessels over 8'6" tall add $1/ft over 8'6" to the above referenced footage pricing!! 25% Beam surcharge for vessels wider than 9'3"

Other Info...

  • Insurance requirements - $500,000 minimum liability with Vinings Landing Marine Center added as "Additional Insured."
  • Security deposits are required on all other dockage contracts - $200 for C dock, $250 for B dock and $300 for A dock and an additional $100 will be required for Live-aboards.
  • If annual contract is prepaid no security deposit is required and a 5% initial discount is applied, with 1/2% annual discount increase for each consecutive prepay lease renewal, up to 8%.
  • Water is provided on all docks without charge.
  • Electricity usage is individually metered currently @ .12 cents/kWh
  • Live-aboard fee is an additional $125/mo. + $75/mo. per additional person onboard - availability limited, 32' minimum.
